    * Web browser you are using
    * Version of the web browser
    * Operating system you are using

    Safari 5.0.6 on Mac OS X 10.5.8.

    Same issue here, as of recently (could be WP 3.3 but not for sure. Within the last month is when I noticed it).

    IE 8.0.6001 on Win XP SP3.
