    I really like this plug in because I was able to hard code the short code into the header.php file to show 3 ‘sliders’ images on top of my page before any story, post or page.

    This makes it simple for my client to update and change the link etc…

    It works on the home page, and the category pages, the problem is it doesn’t on a single post page. There are 3 gray boxes like place holders just not the images, therefore it seems like a path problem. but the single.php calls the same get_header() function so it shouldn’t be…

    It worked like a charm a few days ago but then they started installing other plug ins and it stopped working like I had it set up. So I know I can get it to work. It’s like it can’t find the path or something.
    Is there a way to PM the link?

    Please let me know if you know how I might fix this issue.

    Thanks in advance.

    Well I figured out that’s exactly what’s wrong with the images not showing up on the single post page. The feature image is a relative path and not a full path…because the single post now goes into a category folder then the post page it can’t find the path of the image. Is there a way to change the feature image to a root/full path url?

    I’m going to write to you directly so you can see the url I’m talking about…

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi.
    I was about to post a topic about a problem similar to this.
    I’m using wp e-commerce plugin and I can see the slider on everywhere except on product categories. It only shows the grey background. But then again I can see the slider on single product pages inside the product categories. And when I inspected elements I could see that the promo_slider_background_image class isn’t loading on product categories.

    Does anybody have a solution?

    Thanks.

    @octahelix,

    If you can provide a link, it would provide more context and let those who respond get a better idea of what is going on.

    Are you loading the js in the header rather than in the footer? You would check this on the settings page.

    There was a conflict with another plugin. Now it’s OK. Thank you for this amazing plugin! 🙂
