[Plugin: Hide Welcome Panel for Multisite] Remove Welcome box from Screen Options

Hi Andrew, thank you for this plugin. I have installed and network activated and everyhting seems to be working well.

Is there a way to remove the ‘Welcome’ tickbox/option from my dashboard Screen Options? Ticking this means the user can still selectively view the Welcome widget. Is this by design?
