*Exclude a user (myself, as main admin)
    * Cannot access the plugin page anymore

That was not the case before the update from 6 to 7.

    Is it a regression?

    Hi @s3lf,

Sorry to hear that, But it is not a regression. It is a fix.
“Excluded users” means excluding them with plugin settings. Excluded users (admin) can still update site in a normal, default way (manually). That is indented feature and those users don’t have to have access to plugin settings, it will only confuse them.

To fix your issue, you should try creating another admin account which will have access to plugin settings page by default where you can reverse the changes.

    Hi @s3If,

I’m marking this as resolved. If you have queries, please feel free to reply.
Also, want to inform you that we added to our todo list that if there is only one admin (as in your case), he can’t exclude himself.
