My visits to my site always seem to be counted, even when I’m logged in to my dashboard. Is there a setting I’m missing to stop this from happening?

I can’t be the only person having this issue, can I?

If you go to your wp-admin and click Jetpack in the menu, then click the “Configure” button on the “WordPress.com Stats” module, you will see a “Registered Users” option listed. Make sure this box is *unchecked* and it should stop counting your visits (and those of any other registered users on your blog).

Thanks. I thought that was how to do it, but I guess when I did iy my changes didn’t save.

This was very helpful. I wonder if there is a way to do it so that it excludes just administrators instead of all users logged in. That would be a nice enhancement! Thanks again Beau, for the info!

    Thank you Beau!!!

Is there any chance to exclude my visits when I’m not logged in.
