Xmas hackers attack again – what do symbols like ’ mean when DB is reinstalld?

    Hi all,

    Once again 5 sites were taken down yesterday but namecheap were all good getting them back up.

    However many sites will all now need to be edited so weird symbols disappear, like as mentioned in title – ’

    Anyone know why these are here and if so do they mean anything and does anyone know a quick way to mass delete this cr@p?
