WordPress Popular Posts doesn't populate, tried all solutions

Hey there, I am anxious to see how your plugin works but unfortunately it isn’t actively populating. I read and tried your FAQ solutions including the wphead () solution before </head> in the header.php file, users do not need to login to access posts, and have waiting a good 2 weeks with no luck.
