Trackbacks are closed on some of my posts all of a sudden !

    Hello!
    I have some problems with many posts the last 1/2 weeks (or may’be more…)
    Some posts have the following :
    Trackbacks are closed, but you can post a comment

    I’ve never closed any trackback.
    OPTIONS are open as follow:

    Attempt to notify any blogs linked to from the article. Ticked
    Allow link notifications from other blogs (pingbacks and trackbacks).Ticked.

    I have spent the last 3 days…serached on the web, and I cannot find similar issues.
    I don’t know what is going on at all.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Before doing so…I just went to all my posts and see that trackbacks are closed from a certain date on only. All previous post have trackback open. Could still it be a plugin ? a hack ?

    Found out !
    The latest posts from 2 months ago were closed…I still ignore why.
    I just manually re-allowed the ping …
    YOUPI.
