External urls wrong redirecting to my search page 404

    hello ppl, hope someone can help me: /
    So yesterday I installed some plugins of url clock and as I did not like I uninstalled then
    But after that the urls of my posts are all wrong
    For example something that’s supposed to be:
    http://www.google.com/
    now is
    http://site.com/category/=http://www.google.com/
    After that it redirects to search page of my the site and a 404 error..

    I really don’t know what I did .. Someone help me because I really need this. :/
