AND Rule/Statement Guidance needed!

    Hey guys, I wasn’t sure which section to post this in.

    Here’s what I want/need. I have a website which requires the ability for users to post suggestions to the site, I have the whole user roles setup but heres my final problem I face.

    I want the user to be able to (when posting) Select the City for their suggestion AND what department e.g. Police, Public Highways etc.

    So what I did is got the Verve Meta Boxes Plugin. I also used the standard WordPress categories for each City.

    But now my problem is sorting them.

    I want a page where the user can Say sort by *City 1* and *Department 1 etc

    Is this possible or what?
