NextGEN Gallery- how to add a custom picture frame container around slideshow

hi there
i am trying to add a custom picture frame around a slideshow like in these example sites:

i looked at your gallery templates at
http://nextgen-gallery.com/templates/example-5/

but there is no code to download and my NextGen plugin does not come with these templates.
i found this forum from 2 years ago but i don’t see where to to download the template code?

is there a way to add a custom frame around my slideshow in next gen?
