Prettyphot isn't working- Please help fix

i want to be able to click on photo and have larger image show up

Below are instructions but it does not seem to be working.

Adding a portfolio post
Log in to your WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard).
Click the Portfolio tab
And now the Add New one
Fill in all the required fields (title, content)
Upload your image with the help of the Featured Image option (click the Set featured image link)
The following options are available for a porfolio post:
lightbox-url – path to the large image. Once clicked it’ll pop up with the help of prettyPhoto
And push the Publish button

Could you offer a better explanation on how to generate the result of a larger photo jumping out via Prettyphoto
