Is it possible to use it for commercial purpose?

Suffusion is a GPL’ed piece of software meaning you can do anything you want with it. That includes commercial usage.
What you can’t do is make some code changes, say “this code is now mine”, distribute that code and restrict what other people do with that now distributed code. That would violate the GPL.
Please note the distribute part. If the code is not being distributed then you can keep your changes to yourself and don’t have to share.
