    My newest plugin (and second ever, so be gentle), works with wordpress 2.02 and Red Alt’s Role Manager plugin.

    Allows you to define where the login/logout buttons should redirect folks (the default is to your dashboard, which can be uncomfortable!)… And also allows you to change the “login” “logout” “register” and “site admin” texts that appear in the default sidebars.

    All of this done through a nice admin interface with permission based access, so no fiddling with any source code.

    The WP functions this deals with are wp_loginout(); and wp_register();.
