[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] No Index HTTPS URLS

I run a ecommerce site and we have a HTTPS for the checkout page. I found out that google has not index HTTP and HTTPS version of my entire site.

How can I set it up via this plugin to no index HTTPS version of my site?
