    Update: Of course i did not mean multiple layouts, but multiple url’s.
    On the other hand, it is also nice to know what happens if i programmatically assign a separate theme to each domain. 🙂

    No, I don’t think W3TC can manage this, it can cache requests, but probably not do garbage collection properly.

    Would it be theoretically possible to change W3TC so that it stores a cached file per domain?

    I’m not sure how it’s possible outside of multi-site sorry.
