Can't fix JetPack issue with 1.2.1 upgrade

    I tried upgrading to 1.2 yesterday and hit the same issue as others (bad permissons for admin page). I have tried 1.2.1 but when I install I receive and error:

    Destination folder already exists. …/blog/wpcontent/plugins/jetpack/

    Plugin install failed.

    I don’t want to lose my stats, obviously. How can I upgrade to 1.2.1?
