Installing WP Prior to DNS

    I’m just about to install WordPress on a godaddy hosting account that will eventually be home to mysampledomain.com

    That domain is pointing elsewhere for the next couple of weeks while I build the site.

    So in the meantime I’ll be working off of a preview domain of mysampledomain.com.previewdns.com

    Is there anything special I should do during my install to A) make sure things are generally properly running during my development period and/or B) make the transition easy once the DNS starts pointing to the new account.

    Any sage advice?
