• I’ve latest WP and latest w3 total cache. w3 cache is awesome, it served me well for past 2 years, it’s just time to move to advanced features 🙂 so I tried to configure cdn.

    #.1 I created 4 subdomains in cpanel.
    cdn1.domain.com
    cdn2.domain.com
    cdn3.domain.com
    cdn4.domain.com

folder_path on server looks like this /public_html/cdn/cdn1 etc.

#.2 created ftp account with access to /cdn/ folder thus to all subfolders.

#.3 configured w3 total cache, and “test ftp” worked. I even tried upload resources, and it all went smooth I could see correct files under /public_html/cdn/wp-content…

Now I imagine, I’ve to rewrite content of cdn/cdn1/ to /cdn/wp-content/css

How do I achieve this last step?

I’ve a feeling I got it all wrong… please can you help?

    Ty! 🙂

figured it out, instead of subdomains pointing to different folders. I made them point to /cdn/ folder. So on all 4 mirrors I’ve same content same structure uploaded by wp-total-cache.

    will test if it works.

Problem emerged with this way of doing things.

Even though I’ve cdn1 cdn2 and cdn3 –> 1css + 2js files still load from cdn1, despite the fact that in settings it states it will use cdn2 for js, and cdn3 for before body cdn.

why? is this a bug or a feature?

and I cannot see any difference in loading, under firebug I see familiar waterfall.

    any thoughts?

If its still an problem could you submit a bug form using the Support page in the plugin if you have it running?
