Make page show posts from a certain category

I want certain pages on my blog to show posts from a certain category. For example, on my blog http://www.twincitiesfrugal.com, I started a category called “Top Ten Lists”. I added a page called “Top Ten Lists” wanting this page to show the posts from that category. Right now the page just allows for one post.

I have limited html knowledge so if I have to do something with any html code, please be specific. I’d prefer an easier way. Thanks for any help!
