Cleans the database of subscribed users?

    Hello,

    I have an old blog that I only update one in a while. However I was looking in the users and i see I have got 6000+ which surprised me. A lot of the email addresses seem fake so I assume its smpam/robots. Is there any way to cleanse the data so i know who is a real subscriber and be able to delete the others?

    I’d like to send out a mail to all of them saying I have a fresh new blog with a new look & feel that I’m going to be updating all the time.

    Any idea how to do any of this?
