API Key Error in adding blog to WP Acct

    I am attempting to configure WordPress.com Stats Note: “Kangenworldteam” IS THE CORRECT ACCOUNT)

    Upon Activation and input of API key it reads:

    The API key “41a32cb0a561” belongs to the WordPress.com account “kangenworldteam”. If you want to use a different account, pleas enter the correct API key.
    Below that it gives the option to add to my wordpress account.
    After adding to my WordPress Acount (kangenworldteam) I get this error:
    Error from last API Key attempt:

    The owner of that API Key (kangenworldteam) is not on the access list for this blog (26774665). Stats was installed using a different API key. The owner of the original key can add users to the access list, or you can contact WordPress.com support.

    1. Where is this access list?
    2. How do I contact support? I did not think there was such an animal
    3. How would I discover what API key I installed the blog with? I have no clue what it could be.
