[Plugin: Organize Series] Templating the plugin

Hi,

I was looking for a great way to add different posts into series and i came across you plugin. It is great and the only question i have is :
Can i use a template file to personalize the way it looks like ?

Example :
I want to output the series in a way like this for my theme :
