Rating Plugin

I’m hunting for a rating plugin which can be implemented into WordPress and allow registered users to rate a post and write a review.

The script is hopefully will require admin approval, whereby a user will enter all the ratings, and then submit the form with a review of his own. Then the admin will receive an email telling him that a review and rates are submitted, and waiting for the approval of the admin.

Then when the admin approves, the post will be published in the WordPress.

I’m trying to search but there’s no such script at the moment. Any idea?
