[Plugin: U BuddyPress Forum Attachment] Broken after BP 1.5.1 update

Thanks for your plugin! Unfortunately I ran into a problem after updating to BuddyPress 1.5.1.
With plugin enabled: can’t post a new forum topic.
With plugin disabled: can post a new forum topic.The new topic form’s layout seems to be corrupted.
I’m using the Custom Community theme. But the same error pops up when using the default BP theme.
