[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] XML Site Map not adding pages or posts

The code generates 3 site maps (category, post and page). The category one is listing the categories. The post and page sitemaps are coming back blank for some reason?
I am running one of the Elegant themes (minimal) but I have their SEO components turned off.
Any ideas?
