errors after installation of wordpress

i installed wordpress on zymic.com with domain http://cloudstudy.99k.org using mysql

and after logging in i found three errors

they are not allowing to do anything even activating akismet.so please tell me how to resolve them.as iam new to installation pls try to explian some clearly so i can easily solve them
