Create Page but Delete from Nav?

I’m using the 2010 theme and want to create a page; however, I do not want this particular page to appear on the nav. I just want it to be invisible to the public because I want to use it solely as a landing page for PPC. I tried making the page private, but when I log out it doesn’t show so that doesn’t work. Thanks for any help.
