Can't access blog page, changing to static home page

    I have been running this site with the posts on the home page (www.mcgrawmarketing.com) but have purchased a new theme and would like to create a static home page.

    I went into Admin Panel>Settings>Reading Settings and selected Static Page and selected Home for the front page and Blog for the post page.

    I then added Blog to the navigation menu.

    However, when I click on the link and attempt to access http://www.mcgrawmarketing.com/blog/, I get redirected to the home page.

    Any suggestions on how to fix?

    Have you actually published a static Page called Home?

    Yes, I started off by creating two pages. One “Home”, the other “Blog”. (I have since changed “Blog” to “Posts”).

    And I just changed themes and found out that everything works fine in the other themes.
