Greeting,

I came across this quote in my search on how to upload a skin for my Mingle Forum;

“Upload the skin folder to the /wp-content/mingle-forum-skins/ directory. If that directory doesn’t exist you’ll need to create it.”

I would very much like to know how to upload files/skins and also how to create and access directories.
