How Do I Make The Exact Same WordPress Site In A Different Language in A Folder

    I want to translate my wordpress site to a new language. I’m not sure exatcly how to do this.

    What I want to do is take the original site
    http://www.site.com
    and install the translation
    http://www.site.com/de/

    Is there a fast way I can copy the entire site. I just want the exact same site with all the exact same posts so all I have to do is modify them into another language.

    Can I copy/paste all the folders of the current wordpress installation and change the database. Can I copy the database?
