need theme recommendation

The fact that there are over 1400 free WordPress themes on WordPress.org alone is both a bane and a blessing. While there is sure to be a free theme out there that is what someone wants (or at least close), there are so many available ones that it’s hard to sort through them to find what you want.

I’m exchanging emails with a potential client. He saw this template for sale on another site and wants something like that for his site. (Unfortunately it’s not a WP template.) Can anyone recommend one of the free themes that looks sort of like that?

I’m trying to get him to go with WP so that he can add/edit/delete site content himself, and I’d like to use a free theme so that it’s less work for me. Subsequently I can charge him less $ which will make him happy too.
