Help with Custom Field Tempalte plugin

I am using the custom field template plugin and it’s working great for normal pages, having problems getting it to apply to a custom post type however.

My custom post type was created using the More Types plugin and named ‘People Profiles’. The url for a page of this type is ‘/?people-profiles=foo’.

The settings for my Custom Field Template specify ‘People Profiles,people-profiles’ as the ‘Custom Post Type (comma delimited)’ option – yet it still will not apply.

Any help would be great.
