I’m using theme Chateau. My site is http://www.hamlinstation.net. I’m using a plugin named slide show. If anyone clicks on an image in the slide show it brings up the comment form. How do I turn the comment form off
This happens even in a normal gallery. i have shut off allow comments in all the pages.

The slideshow probably is using the image attachment page, which means you would need to edit the attachment template file to not show comments: http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Hierarchy#Attachment_display

Thanks for the link for help on this. I’m a newer than newbie. I’m not sure what to do with the info given. How do I shut the ability for a comment off all together? Thanks in advance. This is issue is causing me alot of spammy comments. Should I turn off the trackbacks and pingbacks on the page also?
