    Hello,

I am posting here because the “Member Forums” on your website redirects to your homepage (you might want to check that out).

What is an “SSL Seal Code”? I have some experience setting up out-of-the-box shopping carts with both dedicated and shared ssl certificates. I use 1and1 and I can request a new dedicate ssl cert for this new domain but I still have no idea what to put in the “SSL Seal Code” box. I am new to WordPress, btw, in case it is a WordPress thing.

    Thanks for your help.

  • Hello,

You just need to find the actual seal of your SSL. This is just a graphic that comes with your SSL certificate saying that your site is protected. Sometimes you can click on the graphic and it will display the SSL Certificate information for site viewers.

    Hope it helps!

For 1and1 SSLs (which sell GeoTrust SSLs I believe) this link should help:
    http://www.geotrust.com/support/quick-ssl-support/premium-true-site-seal/

Just copy that code into the option field and save. You should see the seal below the checkout form then.

Also, the “Member Forum” link should redirect to signup for a support membership on the Paid Memberships Pro site. The forum there is for PMPro members only, but I’ll answer certain questions here too.
