Where is your WHMCS integration page, the whmcs link in the menu goes to a 404 page …?

The link is https://www.cutabovehost.com/whmcs-2/ sorry.
The links on the quick menu work to take you to the page of the WHMCS install but when you get there you get links that will be going to a location that give a 404 error when you click on them.
For instance: https://www.cutabovehost.com/whmcs-2/?ccce=knowledgebase works great.
But go their and click on one of the links there and it fails.
This is the link structure it is generating per the knowledgebase area:
https://www.cutabovehost.com/knowledgebase/9/Do-you-support-custom-plans.html
Can you try and turn off the Knowledgebase pretty permalinks in WHMCS, that’s probably causing the issue.
Is your WHMCS install a subdirectory of your WP install?

That did it now it works like a charm. Thanks again for the help and the nice program.
OK good to hear, don’t forget to rate the plugin here at wordpress.org:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/zingiri-tickets/
If you could take the time to rate the plugin at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/profile/zingiri that would be very helpful.
You simply need to register with wordpress.org, very useful to do in any case to keep up to date with their security alerts, etc.
The low rating reflects early versions and we need to increase this rating and we can only do this with your help!
Thanks

hey, how to remove your link on my footer
WordPress and WHMCS integration by Zingiri
there’s no point to have this thisg, I payed for the plugin
Mmmmm … good point. Maybe we should have a branding and no branding version … just like WHMCS 😉

sure, but since we pay for the plugin we should be able to remove it from the panel.
I guess there’s no point to play inside the plugin to remove that.
It’s on our list of things to do …

Hi Hatimmakki,
Did you ever find a resolution to your issue with the misforming url?
I’m having the same issue.
