[Plugin: Frontpage Manager] Single category function not working in WP 3.2.1

I’m able to get the post limitations to work, but I still can’t seem to stop any new posts from showing up on the homepage. I created a homepage category so I could select homepage posts on a case by case basis, but it seems like the WP Reading settings are overriding the plugin. Thoughts?

Looking to get blog posts to stay on the blog page only so that the most compelling content (videos) stays on the homepage.
