Looks like I did something that broke translation (not sure which revision that happened in). Anyhow, committing another version that should fix it for you. Just upgrade when it’s available and it should just work.

Thank you for letting me know!

Did that upgrade fix your issue?

Should the widget just automatically show up in French if I have WordPress set up in French, or do I have to place the .mo file somewhere?

    Everything is still in English…

    Thanks for your help!

Btw, I see that someone’s saying it’s not working for them, but I don’t have any outstanding tickets… Is the plugin working correctly for you now?

    Cheers,

Yes and no. All of the plugin instructions had been translated, but when I dragged the widget into my sidebar to set it up, the success message, error message, sign up button, etc…were in English. It didn’t matter to me because those are editable (which is a great feature of the plugin, right away, thanks) and I planned to customize them anyway, but if someone wanted the pre-translated versions, I could see how it might cause a problem.

Let me know if that makes sense. Cheers

    Hi no3mie,

Definitely makes sense… I didn’t localize those previously for the reason you cited, but maybe I should make it possible to localize the default values as well. If I do, would you be interested in providing the French translations?

    Cheers,

    James

Sure — I can provide the French translations. I think I saw that stuff already translated in the .po file, but if you need another look-over or different translations, I’d be happy to provide. I do think some things sounded a tad off to me, and that may just be because of the small variations between Québécois French and French from France. So I can do the latter. Just let me know what to do — edit the po file?

    Thanks,
    Noémie
