no password sent and no login?

I made an account about 2 weeks ago and deleted my blog because i didnt like the name and title now i cannot use that name again right? also i signed up once again today and now i cannot login . i was not sent a pass word but a link that sends me to my blog. I cannot login to post or do anything? ok im lost here. 🙁
