multisite using add on domains

    I have three websites that I am completely revamping with WP. I have decided to use the multisite install and have everything set up correctly in word press.

    2 of the sites are currently set up as addon domains to my main site. meaning the addon domains directories are located within the public_html directory of the main site.

    To access these sites before I just type in the following url
    mysite.com
    myaddon.com
    myaddon1.com

    as of now in wordpress I have the main site and one other setup but to access them is like this
    mysite.com
    mysite.com/myaddon

    Is there anyway to have WordPress multisite url’s work like they were before I decided to go to wordpress?
