Update current version for a plugin developper

I wrote a plugin : http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-e-commerce-traduction-francaise/
But i dont know how to make wordpress repository reflect the updated version of my plugin

I created a 3.8.6 folder in tags repository and then update the readme.txt trunk to point to the new stable tag

The problem is that when a user download the plugin he gets the new version (3.8.6.zip) but it is still written Dowload 1.0 in the big red button of the plugin page.
So in my wordpress admin panel, the user don’t see that there is a new version too.

Any plugin developper can help ?
