Minimum server specs required to run WordPress

Basically I want to create a WordPress site as a database of information for our company.
It will be hosted on a Linux server on our premises and will be accessed by roughly 10 – 20 people.
Will have around 100 pages of text and some images for the design.

What would the ideal server specs (ie. ram, cpu speed etc) be to run this, also bearing in mind that I may expand the site to host other information in the future?
