Meta tags in social media

    Hi guys!
    Please, I need help! I don’t know what to do anymore!

    I have like, twitter ad google+1 buttons on my website but I don’t know how to pass them the right meta tags!
    I can’t pass image, title and description…

    I tryed all the ways but nothing worked!! :'(
    Can somebody help me?

    Nobody can help me?

    I discovered that if I put meta tags into <head>, everything is ok! But I have a loop with different post and each one with a “like button”.

    How can I pass the metatags to the head everytime I click on a “like” button?
