How to remove duplicate meta descriptions, title tags, and keywords from pages.

    Problem:
    Many of my pages (not my home page) have two meta keywords and two descriptions. They are always exactly the same. See an example of my source code below…

    Question:
    How do I remove the duplicate meta information?

    Backgorund:
    I have a wordpress website template that has meta information input sections when creating pages. I did not know this oriinally. I had added an SEO plugin so that I could facilitate the need for meta data. Once I found out the theme already had this feature, I deleted the other SEO plugins. Now I believe this is causing the errors. How do I take the old plugin functions and complete erase them, or how do I remove them from a different method?
