Toolbar when adding/editing post in Fullscreen Mode

When I’m adding or editing a post or page, I use the “Toggle fullscreen mode” button and before 3.2.1 there used to be the whole toolbar but that’s been replaced with some basic options in the help for shortcuts it merely states “Rather than reaching for your mouse to click on the toolbar, use these access keys.”

Is there anywhere I can get the full toolbar back? Some of the shortcuts either don’t work or I just prefer using the toolbar since, well, I use my mouse all the time anyway.
