Add post_type as a parameter

    Hello,

    I think you might add post_type as a parameter. It could default to current post post_type.
    But i would also like to be able to specify all/some post_type(s).
    This way, if i have for example Events and normal Posts in the same category, i could choose to have a navigation that allows me to go to the prev/next event in same category (the way it is now), OR go to prev/next post of the specified post_type(s) in the same category.
