Feed links problems in footer wp2.01

When checking the links @ in the footer of my blog I get an error in Firefox 1.5 – no program associated with link and in IE 6.0.2 it’s an error 404. I think the problem is the way the link is presented to the browsers. When using IE, the 404’d page shows a link in the address bar as feed:http://www.flamingbear.ca/blog/?feed=comments-rss2 and when I remove the ‘feed:’ part of the argument and simply use http://www.flamingbear.ca/blog/?feed=comments-rss2 everything seems to work fine. What do I need to do to fix the problem?
