visual editor gone after php upgrade

    in may my host upgraded php and i had memory limit errors. after bumbing the memory up some of the issues are resolved. The visual editor has not returned and the wordpress logo and other dashbord icons are exed out. i cant use the upload media button in edit post. when clicked nothing happens. ive tried every single thing on the forums but nothing works. Please help!!

    I’m running 3.1.3 at Godaddy and have no visual editor. This happened with the upgrade to 3.1.3. Bot editor tabs look the same, HTML only.

    what about buttons not working. my upload media buttons are not working at all so i cant even add photos.

    ok for anyone out there looking over and over for an answer to this like i did.
    I deleted the wp-admin
    and the wp-incldes folders off the server.
    then downloaded a fresh wordpress and uploaded the new wp-admin and wp-includes folder and it fixed every poblem i had.
