I installed the plugin, but I am having a number of problems:
1) The live preview does not appear in the settings page
2) It picks up the wrong thumbnail when used
3) The Send button only seems to show up on posts that have been liked (even if unliked later)

I figured out that the problem with not getting a proper thumbnail was because I didn’t have Featured Images enabled for my theme.

The other two problems with the preview and send button not working were because I had a Chrome extension that was disabling Facebook tracking. I found a newer version that lets you control which websites it should block.
