    Hi, unable to load pics onto posts

    “james.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
    The uploaded file could not be moved to /var/www/vhosts/mysite.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2011/05.

    I’ve had a sniff around –
    Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders – is ticked

    I’ve changed permissions all the way to 777 with no luck. Disabled all plugins and changed back to the wordpress theme – still the problem persists.

    Any clues what I could try next, or is there some general fix – many thanks
